The WSIAT is pleased to announce that we will be rolling out a new pre-hearing process on May 6, 2024.
The purpose of the new process is to
- make our materials and processes clear and easy to understand
- reduce the time to hearing
- address issues and concerns that have been raised
- integrate our processes with electronic communication (E-File/E-Share)
Please review our workflow diagram and information sheet for more details on the key changes in the new process. Navigation Services will be available for self-represented parties.
The WSIAT will be offering two virtual information sessions about the new process for representatives, parties, and other interested stakeholders, over Zoom, on
- Tuesday, April 16, 2024 – 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
- Thursday, April 18, 2024 – 9:30 am – 11:00 am
