Implementation of WSIAT Decisions
The WSIAT sends its decisions to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). It will take the WSIB time to process and implement a WSIAT decision. The WSIB will contact you if they require additional information.
Please email us with general inquiries only. Please do not send case-related information or attachments to us via email. We will delete emails containing case-related information because we are obligated to protect the confidentiality of all personal information.
