- Health care (fitness club membership)
The worker did not have entitlement for a fitness club membership, as it did not constitute health care within the definition in s. 32 of the WSIA. In so concluding, the Vice-Chair agreed with the analysis in Decision No. 1435/09. The Vice-Chair did not follow Decision No. 1561/10, which granted entitlement for a fitness club membership, as that decision did not address the question of whether a fitness club membership constituted health care.
