In accordance with the Government of Ontario’s Open Data Directive, our website describes the three Datasets that are created and managed by the Tribunal. These include:
- WSIAT Decisions
- WSIAT Case Processing
- Ontario Workplace Tribunals Library (OWTL) Collection
Beginning today, the first two of these Datasets have been made open for public viewing. To view the Datasets, please visit the Open Data link on our About Us page.
This link also features the Open Government License – Ontario which explains how to use the information available in these Datasets.
