The WSIAT’s mailroom will be closed effective December 22, 2020 through to January 3, 2021 and will re-open on January 4, 2021.
Please do not send material by mail or courier to the WSIAT during this time. You may send material by fax (416-326-5164) or by using the e-filing application on the WSIAT’s website. Please note that response times may be longer than usual.
Individuals can make general inquiries about the WSIAT’s operations by calling the WSIAT Call Centre at 416-314-8800 or 1-888-618-8846 or sending an email to WSIATCallCentre@wst.gov.on.ca.
