The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is an administrative agreement that sets out the accountability relationship between the responsible Minister and the Chair of the classified agency.
The Tribunal’s MOU, affirmed in 2019, between the Minister of Labour and the Chair of the Tribunal establishes a mutual commitment to a cooperative working relationship and information exchange, within a framework that recognizes the independence of the Tribunal.
