Last Volume of the W.S.I.A.T. Reporter Now Available
Volume 89 of the WSIAT Reporter is now available on the Tribunal web site. The Cumulative Table of Contents has also been updated.
The Tribunal, after reviewing and expanding online decision availability and accessibility, has now made the decision to discontinue ongoing publication of the Reporter with Volume 89. In these 89 volumes, the Tribunal has published more than 2,100 decisions, as well as the pension assessment appeals leading case, WCB board of directors reviews of Tribunal decisions, and Tribunal practice directions.
