New Notice of Appeal Forms
In response to feedback from the community, the Tribunal has revised the Notice of Appeal for Workers and the Notice of Appeal for Employers. The forms are now only two pages plus a coversheet that has the Tribunal's contact information and a reminder checklist to use when returning the form. The format is also easier to read.
