Decision Search Help: General Instructions
Performing a Search
The Decision Summary Search function allows you to search Tribunal decisions by using the search criteria listed below. You can use one or more search criteria simultaneously in your search. Click on a search criteria name to learn more about it.

Section of the Act

Style of Cause
Neutral Citation
To start a search, enter a word or phrase in the box adjacent to a search criteria name, then click on the Search button. To change your entries, click on the Reset button. To perform a completely new search, click on the Clear button. The searches are not case sensitive.
Limiting Your Search
You can limit the result of your search by applying one or more Filters to your search. You can also use the Search Last Results Only feature.
Displaying Your Search Results
You can customize the amount of information that will display on your screen by checking one or more of the Display Options provided.
You can also specify how many summaries will display on your screen by choosing one of the options provided in the Summaries per Page dropdown box.
