You should bring any materials that were forwarded to you by the Tribunal, especially the Case Record and Addenda; materials not included in these documents that may be helpful to the Vice-Chair or Panel assigned to your appeal should be forwarded to the Tribunal and any participating parties with the Confirmation of Appeal form or, if not available at that time, at least 3-weeks prior to the hearing.
