The Tribunal is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Tribunal Call Centre
Call 416-314-8800 or 1-888-618-8846, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. For questions about Tribunal decisions over 120 days from the hearing date call the 416-314-8844.
Decision Implementation
It may take the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board at least one month to process and implement a Tribunal decision. The WSIB may require additional information from you to implement the decision. If so, they will contact you directly. Phone: 416-344-1000 or 1-800-387-0750.
